While it was great fun making my own voki, I had a some problem in figuring out how to post it on this blog. If it's here, it's only because I finally got it to work. (after a few attempts) I understand that I need to work on this on a more regular basis. That's the only way I can get it to work for me.

Week 2 Thing #3 - Creating a Blog

I had an opportunity earlier this year to get my feet wet by taking a workshop on using Web 2.0 tools. One was setting up a blog. So I am building on the initial blog that I started. I changed the name...I added an avatar. (that was fun) and now I'm adding my first post. I have taken a look at others and am amazed at the amount of content, links, postings that are there. I'm hoping some day I'll be able to be as comfortable with blogging as I am with other technologies that I have discovered and learned over the past few years.

I compare this to learning to ride a bike. It's a bit awkward at first but it's fun and exciting and I know the more I get on that bike, the better I'll become.
